Kish Hirani


Kish Hirani marks twenty years in the games industry this year. He started as software engineer, swiftly attaining tech director or equivalent roles at development studios and publishing houses like Acclaim Studios London, THQ, BBC Multimedia to name a few. He moved to platform holders some ten years ago starting with Microsoft then settling at Sony as head of developer services, developing and managing resources for all dev support-facing technical activities including PlayStation VR, covering the historic PAL regions. Currently, Kish is a freelance consultant in the games industry as well as the chair of UK advocacy group BAME in Games, promoting ethnic minority diversity in the video games industry.
