I am an exhibitor, whats happens if VRDays is cancelled due to COVID-19?

  • In the event of VRDays canceling the 6th edition of VRDays Europe 2020 before the end of August, our exhibitors will be reimbursed 100% of their payments.

I am an exhibitor, whats happens if VRDays is postponed due to COVID-19?

  • Exhibitors who booked before September 1 who do not wish / are unable to participate in the next event then have 14 days to cancel the existing contract following the official announcement of the postponement and will then be refunded 100% of their payments.
  • Exhibitors who booked after September 1 who do not wish / are unable to participate in the next event then have 14 days to cancel the existing contract following the official announcement of the postponement and will then be waived 50% of their contract value.
  • The following applies for a postponement: VRDays will offer exhibitors the option of remaining in the contract so that a price guarantee, secure stand locations etc. can also be assured for the 2021 event.
  • This also applies to exhibitors who registered before the Corona troubles arose. There is no deadline; the same conditions apply to all.
  • Where exhibitors cancel their participation and later decide to take part after all, then they must register anew with the conditions applicable at that time. Old stand confirmations are not valid for the new registration.

I am a visitor, whats happens if VRDays is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19?

  • If VRDays 2020 is canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus, buyers will be reimbursed for any visitor tickets already paid for.
