Impulse
Welcome to VRDays’ Immersive Tech Week and the inaugural year of Impulse, a partnership between VRDays Europe, XR4Europe, Laval Virtual, IFFR Pro and The Booster; a collaboration between the European Creators’ Lab and Stereopsia Europe.
Continuing the pioneering structure of VRDays Europe’s past Immersive Funding Markets, Impulse features dedicated tracks for arts projects (Content), SMEs (Startups), and Research (focusing on healthcare & wellness).
Impulse Content promotes and supports European creators who are using the XR medium in innovative and exciting ways. Four of these projects will be invited to CineMart 2023, the international co-production market of International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR).
The goal of the SMEs (Startups) track is to connect the top XR, haptics, metaverse, NFTs and web3 companies looking for funding to investors (angels and VCs) and ranges from early stage to later stage European startups.
The Research track of Impulse focuses this year on researchers in the Healthcare & Wellness sectors, and aims to to bring them together with a broad spectrum of industry Decision Makers to help them commercialize their research or accelerate their startup’s growth.
